The rail transit business is centered on Xinyu Group Co., Ltd. (formerly “Changzhou Rail Vehicle Traction Drive Engineering Technology Research Center”) and consists of several subsidiaries, including Jiangsu Changqian Bombardier Traction Systems Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xinyu Air Conditioning Systems Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Changqian Electric Motor Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Aisima Electric Co., Ltd. Its products are widely used in China’s high-speed railways, subways, intercity light rail, and other transportation fields. It has successively undertaken projects and contract orders for Shenzhen Metro, Guangzhou Metro, Qinghai-Tibet Railway, intercity EMU trains, 250 km/h and 350 km/h high-speed train air-conditioning systems, Shanghai Metro Lines 7 and 9, Beijing Metro Lines 1, 4, 5, and 10, the Beijing Airport Line, and 500 heavy-duty locomotives for the Ministry of Railways. It specializes in the research, manufacture, and sale of large wind turbine generator sets and is one of the enterprises with a high degree of domestic localization of key equipment in the current wind power industry. Based on the technical foundation of the national 863 Program, the company has integrated innovation and independently developed 1.5 MW double-fed wind turbine generator sets, forming mass production capacity. It also manufactures supporting components such as wind turbine blades, generators, towers, and control systems, making it one of the few domestic enterprises capable of delivering megawatt-level units in batches. The key infrastructure project for wind power generation—the second phase of the wind power industrial park with an investment of RMB 2.3 billion—will build four core manufacturing areas: wind turbine final assembly, motor production, large-component machining, and blade and resin production. It aims to achieve an annual production capacity of 700 wind turbine generator sets, 2,000 blades, and 30,000 tons of special resin for blades. Xinyu Wind Power Technology Research Institute, with an investment of RMB 600 million, is a wind power industry research institute authorized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology. It has vigorously integrated the group’s various research resources, forming an internationally first-class innovation platform within the group that features multidisciplinary integration, gathers top talent and major scientific research achievements. Meanwhile, the development of a new 2 MW direct-drive wind turbine generator set with independent intellectual property rights in cooperation with international authoritative institutions has entered small-batch production, and the development and design of a 3 MW offshore wind turbine generator set has also begun. The CNC equipment business is centered on Jiangsu Xinrui Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., which has successfully acquired Ningxia Great Wall CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Duoleng CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Through independent innovation, the company has undertaken major scientific and technological projects in recent years, including the Jiangsu Provincial Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Project—Independent Development and Industrialization of Key Common Technologies for Five-Axis CNC Machine Tools, and the Jiangsu Provincial Basic Platform Construction Project—Jiangsu CNC Machine Tool Engineering Technology Research Center. It has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a National CAD Application Demonstration Enterprise and a National Manufacturing Informatization Demonstration Enterprise. It achieves an annual steel transaction volume of 1 million tons, a daily transaction volume of 3,000 tons, and an annual trade turnover of RMB 5 billion.
