China Verified Supplier ("CVS", "We", "Us") provides high-trust industrial data and verification services. Our scope includes but is not limited to: digital verification reports, automated data scraping, and on-site factory audits.

2. Accuracy & Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, verification is based on official records and physical data at the time of the audit. CVS does not guarantee that a verified supplier will never experience quality issues or production delays.

3. Digital Entitlements

Digital intelligence reports are non-refundable once the data access token is generated. On-site audit fees are non-refundable once the physical verification unit has departed for the manufacturing facility.

4. Intellectual Property

Our verification methodology and logic frameworks are proprietary intelligence of CVS. You are granted a limited license to use the reports for internal procurement decisions. Reselling CVS data is strictly prohibited.

5. Industrial Governance

CVS is not responsible for any financial loss or contractual disputes between you and the verified manufacturers. Our maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific report or audit in question.
