Luohe Rover Stationery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a sole proprietorship with self-operated import and export rights. Located in the Private Industrial Park of the High-Tech Zone in Luohe City, Henan Province, it covers an area of 54 mu, with a total investment of RMB 18 million, and is one of the largest stationery production bases in the province. The company specializes in the production of student, office, and art erasers, eco-friendly pencils, wooden pencils, and liquid and solid glue product series.
