Rizhao Yushi Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. is a joint venture with Italy's Nicos Engineering Co., Ltd. that produces inorganic marble sanitary ware and furniture panels. With a total investment of USD 12 million, it is one of the subsidiaries of Shandong Landbridge Group. Rizhao Yushi Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. has introduced a complete set of advanced CNC equipment and software technology from Italy's Nicos. Relying on strong scientific research capabilities and first-class technical equipment, its Yushi-brand series of sanitary ware, interior wall decorative panels, countertop panels, and other green and environmentally friendly products passed ISO9001 international quality certification in September 2001 and are quality-underwritten by the People's Insurance Company of China. On March 21, 2003, the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) from the United States conducted its first successful factory inspection at Yushi, recommending approval for Yushi products to be included on the IAPMO product list. This marked that Yushi sanitary ware had obtained a passport to enter the product market of The Home Depot, one of the world's largest building materials retailers and one of the Fortune Global 500 companies.
